The delivery time depends on the production location and the complexity of the product. You can find an estimated shipping time on each product page (usually below the “Add to Cart” button).
– For products made in the US and shipped within the US: Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days
– For products made outside the US and shipped to the US: Orders usually arrive within 12-20 business days.
For an accurate estimate of your specific order, we recommend visiting our Order Tracking page. Simply go to the “Track Order” section on the VinCustom website, enter your order number and email address, and you’ll see all the details, including the estimated delivery time.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as product type, production time, and any unforeseen circumstances. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and provide regular updates on your shipment.

The shipping cost is estimated based on the order’s weight and your location. The minimum shipping fee will be $6.95. It will appear at checkout.
Most of the orders will be handled and delivered by USPS and UPS. Other shipping partners are DHL, Fedex and A C I. Depending on your location and products, we use different couriers to ensure that your order would reach you in the shortest possible time.
While we print a majority portion of our production of our products at our US facilities, we also operate with several fulfillment centers around the world (EU, Asia) to offer our customers a greaer variety of merchandise.
Due to the fact that our products are customized, we DO NOT accept returned/ exchanged items. Please contact us via chat, our email [email protected] or our contact form if the item you received has a problem.
Please be reminded that our warranty policy lasts 30 days for replacement/refund requests only. If 30 days have gone by since you received the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

This jacket looks and feels like real leather. It is very comfortable and seems to run just a bit small. I’m a border-line Medium and should have ordered a Large. They were more than gracious in helping me. I have my new jacket now and I love it.
